How long does it take to start up a new account?

It takes less than 24 hours to set up a new account.

Is training required at the start-up?

Our system is as simple as using any e-mail service. During start-up we also organise a free, brief introduction session for our clients' staff so that they become familiarised with the system.

What devices should be used for dictation?

We support most of the digital voice recorders available in the market - Olympus, Sony, Panasonic, etc. Further, we have solutions to use your iPhone or Windows based smartphones as a digital dictation device making it simpler for you. We support all audio file formats. We recommend that the audio is of good quality and recorded as per dictation best practices so as to increase accuracy and turnaround time.

What is the format of your transcribed files?

All transcribed files are in Microsoft Word document format.

What is your transcription accuracy rate?

Our accuracy rate is between 95% to 100% of the original audio file submitted for transcription, assuming clear audio.

What is your turnaround time (TAT) and do you offer short turnaround Time?

Our standard TAT for non-urgent reports is 24 hours. We also offer short TAT as low as 4 hours to meet urgent requirements on an agreed basis.

What are your prices?

Through our global delivery model we are able to offer extremely competitive pricing. Depending on the nature of the work, we may charge per line, per minute, per hour or per deliverable.
